At ShadowGrip Gaming, we specialize in custom gaming upgrades and premium controller components. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- South Africa
- United States of America
We do not ship outside of these regions at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
3. Shipping Times
🇿🇦 South Africa
Estimated delivery: 14–20 days
🇺🇸 United States
Estimated delivery: 7–14 days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order
- Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or qualifying orders
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
6. Customs & Import Duties
- International orders (especially to the United States) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer
- ShadowGrip is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct and complete at checkout.
ShadowGrip is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped
9. Shipping Issues & Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any shipping issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and order details
- We will assist you with a resolution as quickly as possible
10. Build Service Orders (Important)
For customers purchasing the ShadowGrip Build Service:
- Parts are shipped first
- Our team will then coordinate with you to arrange your controller upgrade
- Build timelines may vary depending on parts delivery and scheduling
